I look at get my car remap
I need to get a new ecu and get it remap wot a good ecu to get? And where is a good place to get it done and how much wood it be?

I had mine done by racetech. There are loads of places around though. Your best off hitting up civiclife tbh.

I'm gonna go ahead and say the obvious, if you have the money then just got to TDi and give them the money to do it for you. I have never seen anything thier make poor power at anyone fault than the person who built the car, the dyno is brutaly honest (which is good) and you know you will have the best, by the best
Alternativly, buy an ECU off ebay (hondata 300 or similar are avaliable) fit it, find someone who does mapping

Tdi will map s300 but not sure about socketing your p28.

S300 is way overkill for simple builds only really need Hondata when it's a big power turbo set-ups as it has loads of handy features like boost by gear etc, Ectune, chrome and Neptune are all much cheaper options and all do a very good job they only cost £250 fitted and mapped you'll also get launch control and shift light using these

yep my old b16 was mapped on crome.

crome is good to use on smaller builds with the usual airfiler exhaust combo's but once you start playing with pistons and cams etc i'ld use Ectune or Neptune as crome isnt so good at holding the timing spot on for some reason,

Yeah mine just had bolt ins n cams. Done a 14.5 at pod in a cold night so no traction in 1st lol.
